ICF (insulated concrete form work) replaces standard formwork with an insulated panel system, providing superior levels of insulation to the concrete super structure.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OFÂ ICF OVER OTHER CONSTRUCTION METHODS?
ICF is a cleaner ,faster construction solution, methods employed to erect ICF are not restricted by wet weather, significantly reducing potential delays to construction phase timescales .

ICF is an independent construction solution - removing the need for 3rd party elements such as lintels or cavity wall ties.
The end product is a highly insulated, efficient super structure -compliant to all building regulations.
IS ICF CHEAPER THAN TRADITIONAL CONSTRUCTION METHODS?
There are many factors that can determine the cost of a project so it is very difficult to answer this question directly.
However - we do know this !

our costs are very unlikely to fluctuate due to the methods we employ.
We are going to be on site for less time.
we provide our own scaffolding.
we are not delayed by wet weather.

When all of the above are considered taking into account overhead costs such as management, security and delays it is likely that we will be cheaper than the traditional construction alternative.
